Frequently asked questions
Q. What is the best tap to use?
A. It depends on the sanitaryware you have, usage design and supply conditions.
Q. I have difficulty turning the tap, are there easier types available?
A. Yes, there are types with simple shaped heads through to special levers for disabled usage.
Q. What is the best finish for cleaning?
A. All taps are easy to clean
and maintain.
Q. How do I keep my taps
clean?
A. Use a non abrasive mild
detergent and simply wipe
occasionally using a soft damp
cloth.
Q. Why are mixer taps used?
A. They reduce the risk of inadvertent scalding
because the hot/cold flow is mixed in the
tap body (except with dual flow products).
You can adjust the temperature and flow
rate.
Q. What designs are available?
A. There is an enormous range of taps from
simple utility pillar taps to antique style
period reproductions.
