Climate change due to global warming is delivering less rain to the UK.

Significant growth in the population is demanding more homes and lifestyle changes are placing a greater demand on the already stretched water supply.

The UK Government is leading on several initiatives to encourage us all to use water wisely, over 30% of water used in domestic premises is used within the bathroom environment.

The Bathroom Manufacturers Association, the leading trade association for bathroom manufacturers trading in the UK supports Government in educating the user to use water wisely.

WaterHog has been designed to aid in the educating process and help identify bathroom products that use water efficiently to bring optimum results.

WaterHog is cram-packed with hints, tips and educational fact sheets for all ages, together with a product selector and
useful links.

"I very much welcome the lead the Bathroom Manufacturers Association is taking in launching this new website to promote water efficiency. The effects of climate change means that the UK is facing increasing challenges in water supply, so any action to encourage consumer behavior away from wasting water is to be applauded. I hope this new website will be a hit"
Elliott Morley MP, Minister of State for Climate Change and Environment
