Croydex combines vintage styling with modern no mess, no fuss fixing in latest range

Launched in preparation for the Hampshire-based company’s centenary celebrations, the 1919 range is part of the Flexi-Fix collection and combines vintage styling with modern no mess, no fuss fixing methods.

The 1919 range is finished in a high quality chrome plate with a smart white ceramic button logo inspired by Croydex’s 100-year history. It includes a towel rail and ring, glass shelf, toilet roll holder, spindle toilet roll holder, double robe hook, soap dish and tumbler set. Also featured is a coordinating mirror which can be applied via the screw-fix fixing method.

“We have been designing and manufacturing pioneering, practical and easy to use products since 1919,” says Nick McGrellis, Managing Director, Croydex.

“As we approach our centenary, we wanted to celebrate the style and innovation on which our reputation is founded. With its traditional look and feel, the new 1919 range reflects our heritage whilst also offering the easy-to-use Flexi-Fix fitting system.”

Flexi-Fix’s patented X’ plate enables accessories to be easily fixed to the wall by using existing holes or the adhesive supplied. Alternatively, they can be glued to most surfaces, including uneven walls or shiny tiles, eliminating the need for drilling completely.

Also new to Flexi-Fix for 2017 is a 6mm toughened safety glass shower screen featuring a simple key system to allow single person fitting. In addition, an adjustable cam device placed in the screen channel enables the reuse of existing screw holes for a better seal.
